Terms

1. Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid passport. Employees of the sponsoring company, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Travel Restrictions: Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The winner is responsible for arranging their travel to and from the departure airport in London. Any additional costs incurred during the trip, such as transportation to and from the airport, travel insurance, meals outside of those explicitly included in the prize, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

3. Passport and Visa: The winner must possess a full, valid passport with at least six months' validity beyond the return date of the trip. It is the winner's responsibility to obtain any necessary visas or other travel documents required for entry into the United Arab Emirates.

4. Prize Redemption: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. If the winner is unable to claim the prize for any reason, it will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of the sponsoring company.

5. Liability: The sponsoring company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the winner or their travel companions during the trip. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the sponsoring company from any claims arising out of or related to the prize or its use.

6. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities related to the prize, including but not limited to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Agreement to Terms: Participation in the prize giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By entering this prize giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
